I refer to my previous post in March May Contain Traces of Milk and have had to actually stop eating anything with this or Produced in a Factory that Handles Milk.
Have bought a few things recently and not been too grand. So I decided to stop eating stuff with this and am feeling a good bit better.
Lesson learned, perhaps!

Home Made Sausage Rolls
Not been about for a while. Sorry!
So I'm not a fan of 'real' sausage rolls because I find they often have milk in them or are too greasy. So I usually make my own with Puff Pastry and Veggie Sausage mix from Asda.
Always better when it's reduced lol!
The sausage mix is pretty easy to use, just add water, stir and let sit for 5 mins. I usually add some pepper, salt and rosemary (if I have some). This is what it looks like before and after the water is added.

While the mix is sitting for the 5 mins, I usually roll out the puff pastry and cut into sorta what resembles a rectangle. Then once the mix is ready, get some and roll it into a vague sausage shape and wrap the pastry around it. Pop them in the oven for about 20 mins at 190.
The end product.
They might not look like the ones you buy from Greggs or the likes, but they sure taste yummy and make my tummy happy :-)
