Home Made Pizza, well sort of!

I bought some ciabattas from Sainsbury's the other day and had an idea to make a pizza.

I used the ciabattas, Asda's own brand of sun-dried tomatoes and my favourite hard goats cheese - see HERE.

Before it went into the over:

 And after 10 mins in the over at 180 this is how they looked:

They tasted awesome :-) This oil from sun-dried tomatoes worked a treat with the ciabatta.

Highly recommend. Any ciabatta or even baguette would do.
