A site for those who cannot tolerate lactose! My hope is to post interesting things related to lactose intolerance, food talk and my experiences. UK based and only applies to Lactose Intolerance.
Today we have another safe cheese. This is quite tasty and Mr Non-Lactose Intolerant uses it to make home made cottage pie, yum yum. He does most of the cooking in the house and fully understands my lactose intolerance, thankfully!
