Ainsley Harriott - Sundried Tomato & Garlic Cous Cous

Had quite fancied trying this and this one is lactose free! AND easy to make!

Check out the ingredients:

How to make:
Empty the contents into a bowl.
Add 160mls of boiling water. I usually end up adding slightly more because our measuring jug sux!
Stir it and leave it alone for 5 mins. You can fluff the cous cous with a fork, but I don't normally bother.

So how does it look?
Might not look much bit it's very tasty!
